Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Liquidation & As-Is Purchases

Products marked as "liquidation," "as-is," or sold as pallets/lots are sold without warranty of any kind. These purchases are final sale with a 72-hour inspection window for material discrepancies only.

Resale Rights

All products sold through Thrive Outlet are genuine, legally acquired merchandise. Under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109), buyers have the legal right to resell products purchased from us through any channel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive 3PL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of products from this site.
