What "As-Is" Means
Certain products sold through Thrive Outlet — including liquidation lots, wholesale pallets, and items marked "As-Is" — are sold without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No guarantee of condition. Liquidation inventory may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, open-box items, or damaged packaging. Product condition is described as accurately as possible in each listing, but individual items within a lot may vary.
- No guarantee of functionality. While we describe known defects and provide condition breakdowns (e.g., "70% new, 20% like-new, 10% shelf pulls"), we do not individually test every item in a bulk lot. Some items may not function as intended.
- No returns on liquidation or pallet purchases. All liquidation lots, wholesale pallets, and bulk purchases are final sale. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
- Manifest accuracy. Product manifests are provided when available and reflect the best information we have at the time of listing. Actual contents may vary slightly from the manifest due to the nature of liquidation inventory.
What We Do Guarantee
- Accurate descriptions. We describe what we know. If a listing says "new in box," that is what we received. If a listing says "mixed condition," expect variety.
- Honest photography. Product photos represent the actual inventory. We do not use stock photos for liquidation listings.
- Responsive support. If your order arrives significantly different from its description, contact us at outlet@thrive3pl.com. We will work with you to make it right.
- Warehouse tours. Wholesale and pallet buyers are welcome to inspect inventory in person at our Houston, TX warehouse by appointment.
72-Hour Inspection Window
Wholesale and pallet buyers have 72 hours from delivery to inspect their order and report any material discrepancies between the listing description and the actual product received. After 72 hours, the sale is considered final. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
Resale & First Sale Doctrine
Products sold through Thrive Outlet are genuine, brand-name products legally acquired through authorized liquidation channels. Under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109), the lawful owner of a product has the right to resell that product. All items sold through Thrive Outlet have been legally purchased or acquired, and buyers are free to resell them through any channel.
