We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a retail product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
Retail Products (Individual Items)

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Wholesale & Pallet Purchases
- All liquidation lots, wholesale pallets, and bulk purchases are final sale
- 72-hour inspection window from delivery to report material discrepancies
- Contact outlet@thrive3pl.com with photos and description of any discrepancy
- Claims after 72 hours cannot be accommodated
Non-Returnable Items
- Liquidation lots and pallets
- Items marked "As-Is" or "Final Sale"
- Opened or used products
- Adult products (for hygiene reasons)
