Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a retail product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

Retail Products (Individual Items)

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery
  • Item must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Contact us at outlet@thrive3pl.com to initiate a return
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Wholesale & Pallet Purchases

  • All liquidation lots, wholesale pallets, and bulk purchases are final sale
  • 72-hour inspection window from delivery to report material discrepancies
  • Contact outlet@thrive3pl.com with photos and description of any discrepancy
  • Claims after 72 hours cannot be accommodated

Non-Returnable Items

  • Liquidation lots and pallets
  • Items marked "As-Is" or "Final Sale"
  • Opened or used products
  • Adult products (for hygiene reasons)
