Where We Ship From
All orders ship from our 250,000 sq ft warehouse in Houston, Texas. We are a full-service 3PL warehouse — your order is picked, packed, and shipped by our fulfillment team.

Local Pickup
Houston-area buyers can pick up orders directly from our warehouse. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For pallet and truckload orders, contact us for a freight quote.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
