Returns & Refunds Policy

Retail Products (Individual Items)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a retail product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging
  • You contact us at eric@thrive3pl.com before shipping the return
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders (10+ units or $100+) are eligible for return within 72 hours of delivery for inspection purposes only. If the shipment is materially different from the manifest or product description, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Liquidation Lots & Pallet Sales

All liquidation lots, pallets, and truckload orders are sold AS-IS and are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on liquidation inventory. We provide detailed manifests and condition descriptions for all lots — please review carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a shipment that is significantly different from the manifest provided, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at eric@thrive3pl.com
  3. We will file a carrier claim and either replace the item or issue a refund

How to Request a Return

Email eric@thrive3pl.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
