Returns and Refunds

Retail Products (Individual Purchases)

We accept returns on individual product purchases within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email sales@thrive3pl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Liquidation & Pallet Purchases

All pallet and bulk liquidation purchases are sold as-is and are final sale. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory (overstock, closeout, surplus), these items are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a pallet with significant discrepancies from the manifest (wrong category, substantially fewer units than listed), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@thrive3pl.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a carrier claim and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
