Standard Returns (30 Days)

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging

• We will provide a return shipping label or instructions
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Liquidation Items

Items purchased from our Liquidation Deals section at deep discount pricing are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the listing description. We stand behind our product descriptions — if we made an error, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
