Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our 250,000 sq ft warehouse in Houston, Texas.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping (Retail): USPS/UPS Ground, 3-7 business days, calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping: UPS 2-Day or Next Day, available at checkout
• Pallet/Freight (Wholesale): LTL Freight, 5-10 business days, quoted per order

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on retail orders over $75.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM CST may ship the following business day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
